Ken
Ken was first introduced to the industry in 1969 working for a Pump and irrigation company in Warragul. Around 1974 the same company then opened another store in Korumburra and Ken was employed as the company manager. Ken then decided to open a Business in Leongatha called Aussie water gear which he ran for several successful years. In 2001 Ken then decided to retire for 3 years but decided it was not for him so joined the Action Pumps & Irrigation team as store manager.

Dave
Dave was first introduced to the industry with horticulture around the age of 20 years old, he then began drilling around the age of 30 traveling all around Australia covering Geotech, environmental, exploration and water boring , this allowing him to become certified as a licenced driller. He then joined the Action Pumps & Irrigation team in 2016 wanting to enhance his knowledge on the technical and design side of pumping systems.

Samuel
Sam was first introduced to the industry in 2006 with Williams and Burns contracting where he did a pluming apprenticeship, he contiued to work with them for a following five years. In 2015 Sam then travelled to WA where he commenced working for a large construction and plumbing company in Bunbury, allowing him to gain further knowledge in his trade.
In 2017 he returned to Victoria and resumed working with William and Burns. 18 Months later he Purchased Action Pumps & Irrigation.

Hannah
Joined the Action Pumps & Irrigation team in 2020, is part of the administration team.

Action Pumps & Irrigation was first established by Steve and Darren in 1998 in the Leongatha Industrial Estate. In 2001 Ken was taken on as the new store manager as business began to thrive and become known in the community. On 1 Jan 2006 they outgrew the Industrial Estate store and moved to 26 Hughes Street, Leongatha.
Action pumps & Irrigation was purchased by Samuel Turner as 'S & J Enterprises Pty Ltd' in 2019.
